Convenient location, just a short walk from the train station 🚶🚉. Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this simple yet nice hotel.

The hotel had favourable location short walk to a quiet neighbourhood which is easily accessible to Venice and bus lines and a restaurant. We had a recently refurbished and decent sized room with comfy beds.

This place is conveniently located near Venice with a charming garden and is close to central Venezia; we enjoyed spending our evenings at the nearby Red Bear Pub for drinks and atmosphere.

Even our labrador was not a problem at all.

Roberta at the front desk spoke many languages. It was comfortable and budget minded. Close to bus stop and train station. They were helpful in helping us navigate our orientation to enter Venice and the choices for transportation there. They were very clean and well organized as a professional residence should be.

Our room key card failed to function and allow us entry to our room without help from the staff.

Comfy beds 🛏️ and a room with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Awesome location super close to the bus stop and train station, and it’s a quick hop to the city center. the staff here is so on top of things!

We liked the fact that the personnel spoke English. Also, it was easy to reach Venice by bus from the hotel, although it was a bit of a walk to the bus stop. Everyone was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was particularly good, just a pleasant stroll away from Venezia Mestre railway. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with authentic dishes. Stayed for one night. it is a private hotel with free private parking. Despite it was a two star hotel the comfort and service was like it was a four star hotel. the bus stop to Venice was 5 mins walk from the hotel, ticket for bus you can obtain at the reception. Wi-fi was working properly. Breakfast was good and cost 6 euro per person. It is a nice place to stay if you like quiet family hotels.

Unbeatable location for exploring the area on foot. Found a great dining spot, Cicchetteria Venexiana, close to the hotel. - the restaurant nearby had delicious food and excellent service. - the bed in the room was spotlessly clean.

Easy to find, located close to the road E55 and a nice little hotel in the big town. There is a convenient bus ride to Venice, bus stop is in 400m from hotel. Bus goes every 15 min and bus tickets can by from hotel, cost back and forth 2,6€. Room was clean and comfortable. In the room was WiFi and AC. Good breakfast with excellent capuccino, breakfast cost 6€. Friendly and helpful staff. Car parking was free and secure.

The staff were very helpfull giving all directions needed to get to Venice, and the breakfast was good as well
